Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AI Omnify. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

AI Omnify provides users with AI-powered tools to generate and transform content. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Your Content: You retain all rights to the original content you upload.

  2. Generated Assets: You own the commercial rights to the content you generate using our paid services, subject to the terms of your specific plan.

  3. Platform Property: The AI Omnify platform, including its code, algorithms, and interface, remains the property of AI Omnify.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, hateful, or violates the rights of others.

  • Upload content for which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or models of the service.

  • Use the service to build a competing product.

Pricing and Payments

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • One-time credits expire based on the validity period shown at purchase.

  • Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the paid monthly billing cycle. Yearly plans are billed annually, with credits issued in twelve monthly installments starting after payment. Each installment expires at the next monthly issue date and does not roll over. Canceling renewal keeps monthly credit issues through the paid year; a refunded annual payment stops future issues.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or that the generated results will always be perfect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Omnify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
